Refund Policy

1. Refund Conditions

You may request a refund or replacement if the product you received meets the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit (clear photos of the damage are required).

  • The product has a significant defect (photos are required).

If you need a replacement, we reserve the right to evaluate the damaged or defective product. If deemed eligible, we will provide a free replacement.

 

2. Application Period

Please submit your refund or replacement request within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened or used and the damage or defect cannot be verified.

  • The product has been damaged for reasons unrelated to transit or quality issues.

  • The request is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind.

 

4. International Orders Processing Time

Refund processing for international orders may be delayed due to payment platform or banking processing times. If your payment method does not support direct refunds, we will work with you to arrange an alternative solution (e.g., providing store credit or other options).

 

5. Refund Process

  1. Your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Photos of the damaged or defective product.

We will respond to your request within 14 business days of receiving your application. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on the payment platform.
